Just click the icon in the toolbar to open the sessions window...

Note: For this to be useful, you should make sure sync of "Open Tabs" is enabled in your Advanced sync settings. If this setting is not visible, you also need to enable "Enable syncing open tabs" in the chrome://flags window.

The sessions window is currently experimental, so don't be surprised if it stops working at any time!
